Biscuit was diagnosed with IVDD and requires emergency spinal surgery. Currently he is unable to stand or walk without significant assistance. The estimated surgery cost is between 10-15k. Please help if possible or share he’s only 4 years old. He has less than a 50 percent chance to regain the ability to use his legs without the surgery. Anything helps.
