Troop 850 is in URGENT need of YOUR helping HAND UP...
After celebrating our 50th Anniversary last year
with over 100 Eagle scouts , we realized that we had completely outgrown our very small 25 year-old, trailer for transporting our troop on its monthly campouts. At these campouts, out scouts build lifelong relationships, become strong leaders, develop priceless life skills, and grow as community leaders. Unfortunately, we could not have all of our scouts participate in the program until we purchased the new trailer. As we did not have the money to purchase a trailer, we have put a down payment with the money received so far and still have to pay for the rest and in a hurry.
The 60+ current Boy Scout Troop 850 members and their parents, Troop leaders and community will be grateful. The leaders who are born through the scouting program contribute to this world in powerful ways and the youngsters benefit for a lifetime.
