#PrayForCharlie

As many of you know I started running a short while ago and begun with a 0-5k. I have now set myself the challenge to run my first half marathon and I am looking for your help to raise some funds to help Charlie in his recovery. 

On Thursday 6th June 2019, Charlie collapsed and was rushed to Barnet hospital by ambulance where they did a CT scan and found a bleed on his brain. They put him in an induced coma and rushed him to London Neurological Hospital where he was sent straight down for emergency surgery. 

He had an AVM which ruptured deep in the left side of the brain. This is a condition that you are born with and you will not know until it happens. It can happen to anyone of us at any time.

Charlie is doing amazingly well but unfortunately still has a long way to go and needs all the help he can get to aid his rehabilitation. 

I am running the vitality half marathon on the 1st March. I am not expecting it to be easy but I am doing it for Charlie and it is his 24th birthday just four days later. I hope you can support me in this challenge.
