Support Needed for Car Repair and Medical Bills

Hello. I had a car accident and the plates are new so I don't have insurance yet. I hurt my arm and I can't work regularly. Now I have to pay for the damages to this car because I rented it from a close friend, but I won't have money to pay for my studies anymore.
