Update 2/15/25:

Mindy has fought through her first treatment with ice packs on her hands, feeling cruddy, not being able to eat and mouth pain. Her next treatment is coming up soon.

Unfortunately, the lump size has increased between her first scan and the start of chemo. Please keep Min and the family in your thoughts, hearts and prayers.

Life has thrown, Mindy, more challenges than anyone should ever have to face. Just a few months ago, she lost her mom after dedicating countless hours to providing care during her final days. Now, she’s facing another battle—Mindy was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and will begin chemotherapy treatments soon, starting with a port placement on January 14th. Even with this diagnosis, she is still currently juggling two jobs.

But her current circumstances are overwhelming. Between the time she missed from work caring for her mom and now needing time off for doctor’s appointments and treatments, she’s struggling to keep up with her mortgage and car payments. Despite her hardships, Mindy hesitates to ask for help. That’s where we come in.
