I'm creating this GoFundMe in the hopes that I could gather some funds for a very important cause to me. 

Unfortunately, for the past 11+ years I've suffered drastically through major depressive disorder, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, social anxiety, and others. 

I've seen multiple therapists/psychiatrists and been on many different medications. I've struggled through self harm and suicide attempts over the years. 

Every day can turn into a very big struggle for me not just mentally but also physically. I've developed horrible stomach issues, sleeping disorders such as night terrors, dissociation episodes, anxiety tics, panic attacks, and most recently Functional Nuerological Disorder (conversion disorder). 

For years now many therapists and psychiatrists have brought up the possibilities of acquiring a service dog to me. It's been a dream of mine but always seemed drastic or unattainable. Throughout this past year my mental health has taken another turn in the wrong direction and unfortunately my options medication/treatment wise are limited. 

I've been able to find a wonderful service dog company "Errorless Service Dogs" who are willing to provide me with a beautiful boy to help me for a lifetime. The next steps going forward does require payment to get him all the training and love he needs to be the best service dog he can be. 

I don't like talking about my mental health issues to this capacity and I don't like having to ask for help with money. However, this would change my life and give me the freedom I need to finally get myself to a place where I'm not going to bed dreading waking up every morning. 

Anything would be absolutely wonderful and appreciated tremendously.
