24 Peaks in 24 Hours & Welsh 3000s

On Easter weekend (30-31st March) we will be tackling the 24 Peak Challenge located in the Lake District. The group is comprised of varying abilities from complete novices to mountain goats and the aim is to finish it within 24 hours!

More information about Crohn's & Colitis UK: Crohns Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are the two main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, affecting more than 500,000 people in the UK.
