Stefano Dioguardi is an 18 year old high school graduate who has been a member of South Florida Water Polo Club  for the last 5 years. He graduated from Pembroke Pines Charter High School and was going to attend Florida Atlantic University and focus his studies on becoming a doctor in a few years.
A boy who has always had a smile on his face and was ready to support and help everyone now needs help himself.
Two days after turning 18 Stefano found out that he has Ewing's Carcinoma ( a form of cancer) in his pelvis.
His family will have high medical and travel expenses to go to New York multiple times to get treatment and surgery. 
Stefano comes from a water polo family. Everyone involved in water polo in South Florida knows Stefano's father, Vito Dioguardi, a water polo official who has been around for years.
I hope that our small but very tight water polo community can help him fight this desease and defeat it.
