On March 31, 2021, the universe decided it was time for Rafael Medina to go and fulfill his next mission. His life was cut short through an untimely death due to leukemia complications.

Rafael was always a warrior in spirit. He was a good father, a good son, a good brother and friend. His kind and sensitive heart was always in a good place. He was inquisitive about life and enjoyed the simple things in life. He was a great man loved by many. Rafael is survived by his two beloved children and their mother, his mother, 3 sisters and extended family and friends.

As we continue to grieve during this difficult time, we kindly ask for any donations to assist in covering Rafael’s memorial service. Anything is graciously appreciated, as we would like to honor his life and final wishes.
