My name is Keith Hayden and I am part of a group that is looking to raise money for our good friend Chris "Woody" Wood. Five years ago, Chris was diagnosed with a condition known as Chiara Malformation (swelling of the brain) and was operated on. Unfortunately, the condition reared it's ugly head again and Chris had to be operated on a second time on July 2nd. We are looking to raise monies to help Chris with his medical bills and for his every day living costs that have piled up do to his condition. For those of you that have had the pleasure to know Chris, you know he would be the first to step in and help others. He has been an organizer of The Daniel Petithory Golf Tournament, a volunteer firefighter for Cheshire, MA, and a long time Boy Scout leader. We will also be doing a local fundraiser but we would like to reach out to the others that are not in the area who might be so kind to help Chris get back on his feet.
