Hi, my name is Paige and I'm fundraising for my son Tripp and myself. We survived a domestic violence situation that was life changing.

Having a hard time writing this, but with the "mom guilt" I have, I'm going to. Well idk where to start....the past year has been tuff. I was in a relationship with someone who suddenly turned into someone I did not know. Me and my son were in and out of places hiding from him. Until the point I had to leave my son with my brother so he was safe. If it was after dark when I was as going home my son and I would pull in center for women and children there on second street. Because they don't even ask questions. Long story short ...Eventually he came he kicked the door in and I shot and killed him.

I did not want that to happen. Well to everyone else he was a stand up guy. He took everything from me so I had nothing and nobody. just want to move so I can give my baby boy what he deserves. A happy fresh start.

- I'm not good at asking for help so this is me putting my pride to the side. I'm also trying to gather all the pieces and keepstay strong my little boy is my world . He's 5 and he's so happy . It's just him and I ....I'm saving every penny I can to contribute to this move. We are in the same house that all the bad horrible things happened at. I appreciate you even reading this. I just don't know how to go into detail about all the domestic violence that happened. But we're now safe and we r ready to start over. I just don't have a car I don't have much, but we're safe. It's finally over
