My name is Chris Schulpius and I'm a father of 3. I have a 12 year old son, a 9 year old daughter, and a 2 year old daughter.

With the rapidly rising values of houses landlords have been evicting, raising the rent, and not renewing leases to make as much profit as possible during this inflation in record numbers.

Regrettably my family has fallen victim to this trend and we were given until the end of the month to find a new place to live, raise the money for all the fees, and move our home of 4 years or face homelessness.

This couldn't of happened to us at the worst time for us financially. I am a painter by trade and we are just coming off of our slow season, and we have been struggling to make ends meet.

I'm not one to ask for help. I have always taught my children that if you put the work in it will always work out. However I am learning that when you have much larger forces working against you. You need to ask for a hand.
