my sisters apartment burned down

My name is Maddie I’m Jill’s sister and her apartment burned down today after moving in 2 days ago. She didn’t have the chance to get renters insurance yet and she lost everything. She turned the oven on and it started a fire and she was able to get out safely. Jill’s roommate is in Florida so she wasn’t able to do much but they are both devastated.
