Support Abdullahi Hassan

My name is Beth Widic and I am trying to help a very good friend battling Cancer.

Abdullahi Hassan came to this country in 2000 from Somalia as a refugee.  Since coming to the US he has worked 2-3 jobs consistently trying to live the American Dream. Unfortuanly in 2010, Abdullahi was diagnosed with cancer which after treatment and surgeries he is back in Chemotherapy twice a week trying to fight this horrible disease again. Abdullahi has stage 4 Metastatic Mucinous Adenocarcinoma. 

Abudllahi has no immediate family helping him since they all are still in Somalia and are having trouble getting visa's to come to the US.  He is doing this on his own with a few friends helping where they can. It is amazing to see him always with a smile on his face, still getting up and going to work even after his grueling chemo sessions. I personally witness this weekly.

Unfortuanly due to his illness, he has past medical bills and current medical bills that need to be paid.   His current insurance does not cover everything and I want to help him cover his past bills plus new ones mounting along with some of his other personal bills that he is struggling to cover. 
 
I have known Abdullahi for the past 6 years and his strength is inspiring. It means so much to me to help him and make sure he knows he is not alone in this battle.

I would be so thankful for any help my friends and family can provide and to show this man there are people out there that care and support him.
