Help Sheila Borges' Family Cover ST Expenses

My name is Warren Surcouf and I am a friend of the Borges Family. With Sheila's passing, we are raising money for Chris, Nola and Skye to cover some of the medical and celebration of life expenses. To say that this was a sudden occurrence would be enormous understatement. We will all miss Sheila and know that she is in a better place. During Ida she checked in regularly on me and my family. I used to reach out to her on every holiday knowing that there was a good chance that Chris might be working at the hotel.

Sheila, I would have never imagined that you would be taken from us so quickly and abruptly. Jenny and I know that if there was something you would want us to do it would be to help the girls remember you. There is no question we will do that for you. We will keep you in our hearts forever.

We want to help Chris and the girls pay for some of the expenses through the hardest time of their lives. There is no way to prepare for this so we want to make sure to ease the pain a little bit. If there is something you can give, please feel free to do so here. If you would prefer a different outlet to give, we have also set up a college scholarship fund for the girls.
