As COVID-19 shows little sign of slowing down, hospitals are filling up at an unsustainable rate. Doctors and nurses are risking their lives to protect ours, but sadly, are ill-equipped and under-resourced. Already, unimaginable stories are emerging out of hospitals around the country. Doctors are being forced to use and reuse protective masks; hospitals are running out of beds and ventilators; garbage bags are being used as medical gowns. Medical experts predict it's a matter of weeks, if not days, until the first wave of hospitals become completely overrun. It's a frightening, tragic and unimaginable  scenario. But there is good news. The medical supplies are out there and hospitals are pleading for help. We are working with a close partner that has been manufacturing out of China for many years with a factory that has 2 million units of PPE (personal protective equipment, in the form of N95 masks, goggles, face shields and gloves) ready to be shipped. These units are CDC-approved and in compliance with hospital requests. We are also in communication with 20+ hospitals across the country that are in desperate need and ready to accept these supplies.

We are in uncharted territories and our doctors + nurses are on the front lines. Now is the time to help them as they fight fearlessly to save lives and defeat the COVID-19 virus.  100% of proceeds will go directly towards purchasing and distributing these much-needed supplies. Why Can't Hospitals Get What They Need? Medical supplies are out there, but complex procurement processes are preventing hospitals from getting enough of the supplies they need in a timely fashion. In addition, the Federal government has failed to do its part to procure and distribute the much-needed supplies, leaving State governments to fend for themselves. This has created a highly inefficient system of State governments competing for the same supplies. All of this creates an opportunity for the private sector to help step in and procure these items + distribute them to the hospitals. That's what we are going to do.

What's All This Talk of N95 Masks? The hardest item to get right now are the N95 respirator masks. In short, it's a protective mask that removes air particles around the user with 95% efficacy. Healthcare workers desperately need these to breathe uninfected air as they treat patients. For more info on N95 masks, see here .

How Are We Getting N95 Masks? Through a partner that manufactures out of China, we have secured N95 supply from a Chinese manufacturer that is on the CDC list of approved manufacturers. The supply landscape from China is constantly changing, so we are also looking into partnering with other manufacturers and organizations with access to supply.

Are We Getting Other Items? In addition to N95 masks, we are procuring much needed face shields, eye goggles and gloves from another CDC-approved manufacturers.

Where Will These Items Go? We have aggregated a list of the 20 most in-need hospitals across America. Most of these hospitals are in such desperate need, that they've resorted to making pleas to the public via Facebook and other platforms. We have established lines of communication with these hospitals and have confirmed they are ready and able to accept these medical products. We will focus our initial effort on NY-based hospitals, where the need is most immediate, while continuing to monitor the spread of the virus and where products are most heavily needed.
