Welcome to Year 2 of Yreka High School (YHS) Robotics! After the success of last year's inaugural Aerial Drone Competition (ADC) season (where YHS made it to the top competition of the 2025 Western Regionals), we hope to maintain our momentum and even expand into more robotics competitions!

This year, not only will we be participating in the ADC again, but we've also added a new team; the VEX V5RC build competition, which has the game "Pushback" this year. To conduct both of these teams, our district has been very generous with purchasing both building materials and field elements, but we need your help to raise the funds for our actual interscholastic competitions (travel, registration fees, and team merch).

Every little bit counts! The more we can fundraise for these teams, the more skirmishes, qualifiers, and possible regionals/worlds they can attend! Below are some rough estimates of the expenses of this year's two programs:

As you can see, even just $1000 can get both ADC and V5RC up and running for the year and participate in just one local competition each... Naturally though, my roboticists aspire to attend as many events as possible, and qualifying for either ADC Western Regionals (multiple days in Milpitas, CA) or V5RC VEX Worlds (multiple days in St. Louis, MO) will come at even greater cost. The more that is donated by supporters like you, the more likely these dreams can come true!!
