Sperrinview Special School Mourne 5 Peak Challenge

On Saturday 22nd July a group will take on a 5 peak challenge in the Mourne Mountains (Slieve Meelmore, Slievenaglogh, Slieve Corragh, Slieve Commedagh and everyones favourite Slieve Donard) to raise some much-needed funds for Sperrinview Special School in Dungannon. With the lack of government funding Sperrinview rely heavily on donations / fundraising events.

Sperrinview School currently caters for 134 pupils with severe learning difficulties, from 4 to 19 years. The pupils are drawn from South and East Tyrone. They are really struggling with many statemented children unable to be admitted to the school due to lack of classrooms and funding.
