Time for Kayleigh to be Kayleigh.

Hi my name is Jade and I’m fundraising for a great friend of mine, Kayleigh.

Kayleigh is a full time carer to her amazing daughter who has a rare genetic condition called FOXG1 Syndrome.

Kayleigh also has another child who is 11 years old.

Between caring for her two brilliant kids, house work, running errands and putting everyone else before herself, Kayleigh needs to remember who she is too.

Her daughter is 2:1 care and even with carers in, the hours are spread thin and mainly through the day.

This amazing woman sees every hour of the clock some nights.

She still wakes at the crack of dawn to make sure everything runs smoothly.

She always picks others up when they’re down.

There isn’t much this awesome woman can’t do… except have some time to rest and remember she is her own person too.

I am starting this fundraiser in hopes that we can even get a day booked in for Kayleigh to have a haircut, a nice peaceful drive to take herself out for a coffee and a movie.

The biggest goal would be to book Kayleigh somewhere nice for an evening of rest so she can get some unbroken sleep.

Most of us take for granted what even a few hours of good sleep can do for us.

Any remaining funds will be used to make sure Kayleigh can take her other child out for some one on one time and help towards decorating, once the new bathroom extension has been built for her daughter.
