Thank you for taking the time to open this page. I have created this GoFundMe Page with the hopes of helping my two nephews that were recently in a horrific car accident on Route 22 in Allentown, PA.
My name is Angie Sames and I am the sister of Tirsa Smith, who is the mother of Zavier & Zayon Smith. Due to this unexpected turn of events, we are in need of financial support for medical bills, physical therapy and assistance with living expenses.
On the evening of July 17, 2020, my two nephews were on their way home from having dinner with their friends. There were a total of four people in the car -- Zavier & Zayon were passengers sitting in the backseat and were wearing their seat belts. Our world has been on hold since hearing the news that all in the car were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
My nephew Zayon, who is 19 years old, suffered head trauma, a punctured lung, bruised heart, a fractured spine and broken bones throughout his body. By God’s grace he is alive, talking and has even taken a few steps on his own. My nephew Zavier, who is 13 years old, has unfortunately suffered the worst injuries out of everyone in the vehicle. He has endured massive head trauma causing bleeding and swelling of the brain. He has been put into a medically induced coma, and is currently fighting for his life.
My sister (their Mom, Tirsa), is a front line worker at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA, and has worked the entire time during the COVID-19 shutdown. Due to this unforeseen moment, she is unable to work at this time as she has to shift between their bedsides.
We know these are difficult times for everyone, but if there is anything you can do to help us ease the financial burden on my sister, our family would greatly appreciate it. The funds will go directly to the Smith family and will be used for medical & living expenses. If you are unable to help financially, please share this on all platforms and cover us in your prayers for we believe that together we are stronger.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! May God Bless you Abundantly.
Blessings & Peace,
Angie & Family
