Meet my dad (the other Don), the ultimate sports enthusiast, pillar of the community and grandfather extraordinaire. His unwavering dedication to his family is inspiring, and after decades of hard work as an Electrician at the Ontario Northland Railroad, he deserves to enjoy his retirement in peace.

Unfortunately, the last few months have been challenging for him, and he's currently in the hospital after suffering from a significant emotional crisis. My dad's life has been marked by hardship, as he has fought a long battle with depression, which has regrettably taken a toll on his mental health. Thankfully, he is now under exceptional professional care, and making strides towards improvement.

We're coming together to support him as he looks to the future, helping with transitional expenses, and ensuring his home becomes a sanctuary for the remainder of his golden years. His home has been under construction for almost 2 decades. A long time ago, he had a vision, and he worked tirelessly doing small jobs after he retired in order to make some extra money to help make ends meet.
