Hi, my name is Ashley Dohm. I’m fundraising for my cousin Joseph Figueroa. On Saturday, October 15, 2022, a vehicle hit him while he was riding his motorcycle on the turnpike. He was left laying in the middle of the highway, luckily his twin brother, Jonathan, was also riding with him in close proximity's. He pulled him off of the highway to get him out of traffic and assessed all of his injured on the scene the best he could.

Since then Joseph has suffered numerous injuries and fractures, most severe being a brain bleed and a cord threatening spinal fracture.

Joseph has already had emergency brain surgery and will undergo an extensive spine surgery.

Any money raised by this platform will be used to help pay for Joseph’s medical expenses, therapy, treatment, and other necessities to allow him to recover. Joseph is a volunteer firefighter in Bergenfield, New Jersey company #2. He is friendly, caring and a firecracker, he is surrounded by family and friends who love him and want to see him recover quickly.
