Simon Bleyswyk was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Abdominal Adenocarcinoma. Simon will meet with surgical oncology this week to determine the best course of action for treatment, which could include surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. Regardless of the treatment regimen, all have an impact on a person’s financial and mental stability.

We are reaching out to our friends and family, near and far, to help. We are raising money for Simon to help offset medical expenses and bills as he battles this aggressive disease.
