Help a Determined Worker Overcome Hardship

My hardship is I work part-time and I am disabled, but they have cut my hours from 20 to 13-18 every 2 weeks. They took a whole day off my schedule. Ever since my shoulder surgery in May of 2024, my hours have been reduced and I had to beg for them to give me hours after my surgery so I could survive. Now I’m so behind on all my bills and rent. But I’m not gonna give up. I’ve worked hard and worked my body to its fullest and now I’m not giving up, so please if y’all can help me I will be very grateful. Thank you
