HATCH FAMILY MEDICAL & LIFE EXPENSES

Hi, my name is Whitney (A VERY CLOSE FRIEND TO CHELSEA) and I am fundraising for Chelsea Elizabeth Hatch with expensive medical bills that have accumulated recently due to her serious health issues. And because she is an amazing person! This is what this hard working mother and wife of 2 babies has been through in the last year…

Chelsea had a sleep study done after being diagnosed with sleep apnea, during the sleep study she had high blood pressure and was told to go see a cardiologist ASAP. They did a stress MRI costing Chelsea $2,500 out of pocket and they found only two valves working and has abnormal rhythm and she could die! She decided to get bariatric weight loss surgery to loose some weight hoping it would help her heart. After her WLS surgery she passed out at work and had to take an ambulance ride that was another bill she did not expect. They sent her home thinking was constipated and two weeks later they finally did a CAT scan and found the IUD needed to be surgically removed. Chelsea has had 6 x-rays and 4 CAT scans, the MRI and many EKG and ultrasounds. After loosing over 100 lbs her heart is still bad and they continued to do testing and meds. Then a couple weeks after bariatric surgery her IUD went through her uterus and she had to get her tubes removed. That was so hard for her after trying so hard for many years to have babies. Last Monday Chelsea was admitted into the hospital again for an ulcer (another hospital stay she didn’t expect to have to pay for) she was discharged Friday and she spent all that time without her babies. then a couple days later the kids had RSV that Monday after she got discharged she was in the ED with her baby Raelynn. As if that wasn’t enough the following Friday she got her ICD - defibrillator put into her heart to save her life, but the last few days she’s been in severe pain and unexpected medical expenses continue to accumulate, adding much stress to the Hatch household.

Don’t let Chelsea’s smile fool you, she is very strong and confident and has a hard time letting her struggles burden others which is why I feel she deserves all the help she can receive. Any donation, prayer and share is greatly appreciated.
