Hello!

My name is Ashley and I would really appreciate your help for my upcoming surgery. I'm required to have $1600 before they will perform the surgery which is scheduled at the end of the month. The surgery I am getting is to remove a cholesteatoma (mass) from my inner ear that has started eating away my ear bones. If I cannot get the money up front to pay for the surgery I will lose hearing in my left ear entirely.
