I am running the AJ Bell half marathon in May, I haven’t ran in quite a while due to laziness more than anything but I thought the half marathon would be a good goal and way to get back to it, the reason I have picked the British Heart Foundation to raise money for is due to a few personal reasons but mainly in memory of my Dad who passed away in August due to a heart issue and also in memory of my partners Mum who passed away due to a heart attack! Hopefully by raising a little bit extra for the foundation it can help stop people having to go through what we have been through i suppose every little helps!
