Hello!

Our names are Liu and Zed, and we’re reaching out for help during an incredibly difficult time.

In mid 2024, a major employer in our city went bankrupt, leaving over 1,800 people, including us, without jobs. Since then, we’ve been struggling to make ends meet, unable to afford basic necessities like rent, food, and medical expenses. Despite months of trying to find jobs, high unemployment and limited opportunities have made it nearly impossible to secure stable work.

Now, we’re facing a crisis. We’re forced to move out of our apartment in 2 weeks, and we’re trying to move to a new city in the hopes of finding employment, but we don’t have the funds to cover rent, food, or medical necessities as it is. Liu requires essential medication, and due to financial hardship, she has already had to skip doses just to make it last longer.

We’re not asking for much, just enough to help us stay afloat until we can get back on our feet. Every donation will go directly toward keeping a roof over our heads and ensuring we can pay off urgent bills.
