In Memory of Keith Wm. DeBlasio
Keith Wm. DeBlasio suddenly and unexpectedly departed this world on December 9, 2015. There has been a great deal of requests from family and friends to provide a donation to Keith's family; Patricia and Alan Dilts. Patricia Dilts is Keith's mom and has asked me (Keith's cousin) to setup a donation site in Keith's name.
All proceeds will be used to pay for Keith's funeral and services if enough money is received. Aunt Patty has asked that I only list the amount that will cover his funderal costs. Any additional funds received in excess of a funeral and services will be deposited in AdvoCare, Inc.
For those who know Keith, you will agree that he would want this organization to continue it's advocacy!
