Team LeeAnn & Jonathan fighting cancer with love and hope
Donation protected

In January of this year, My wife started getting severe headaches and they shortly began affected her day to day life. She than began having other symptoms such as extreme pain, loss of the use of her right eye and the semi-loss of her voice. After months of daily pain, weekly visits to the doctors or emergency room we were given the diagnosis of stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to her stomach, liver, esophagus, chest and brain. This as been a confusing and devastating diagnosis.
LeeAnn is someone that goes out of her way to help when and wherever she can. She is the home maker and generates half of the household income. She is usually the one caring for everyone in her life. She is now in need for us to care and support her.
A diagnosis of cancer brings its own set of challenges. The treatment typically involves multiple stages that makes daily life challenging. In addition to medical expenses!, there are many indirect cost: travel for treatment, time off work, medical equipment and help with everyday tasks..
LeeAnn is currently on oxygen and is unable to move about more then short distances. Though already not using a walker around the house. She will be on a medical leave of absence until further notice and I have had to take a short-term leave of absence from work in order to appointments, treatments setting up the new medical equipment that is now necessary. I have also taken this time to rearrange the house so she can be as self sufficient as she is capable. While LeeAnn continues her treatment journey, I will go back to juggling my work responsibilities and also take on the tasks of keeping our home comfortable however my focus must now shift to providing LeeAnn's emotional and physical support by being by her side.
This is where we are asking our friends, family and community who can help to step in and make a difference. Your generous donation will help ease the financial burden of medical bills, transportation, medical equipment, loss of wages and other costs associated with treatment and recovery. At the moment, we have had to push off household bills to cover co-payments and other medical necessities due to her diagnosis. This will allow me to focus on caring for my wife and family instead of how to get her air if the power goes off. Please consider donating the smallest amount would be a blessing in this emotional and difficult time. We understand that times are hard all around, if your not able to donate please share this page so other that can might be able to. We are hopeful that we are able to cover the cost of any treatment that leads to my wife LeeAnn being completely healed.
Thank you for your help and support
