Stop Sexual Assault and Harrassment

#MeToo Update 2:
We are using our GoFundMe campaign to raise money for a special cause this week: If we raise an additional $1500 - we will use the funds to send our consent kits to every member of Congress. It's important that they know there are resources that can help them understand and educate their offices and others about safety, responsibility and consent. Please donate today to help us keep Congress safe. And, maybe, they'll pay it forward to the next generation....
A #metoo Update:
Thank you for visiting our donation page. We are both glad and sad to see the #metoo campaign getting so much traction. Glad because it's time to step up and do something about sexual harassment and assault at EVERY level. Sad, because it's so necessary, even in 2017. We have been working on this issue for 4 years. We promise that your donations will go to make sexual harassment and assault a thing of the past. And, RESPECT will become the norm.
Welcome to Affirmative Consent and Respect!
The Affirmative Consent Project
We are raising funds to STOP sexual harassment and assault. Your TAX DEDUCTIBLE Donation will help us educate and protect students immediately.
The changes in DC means our job just got harder.
If you've been following the news - then you know how IMPORTANT consent and respect has become.
If you are ready to help us stop campus sexual assault, encourage safer relationships, and stop the rape culture, please donate today!
Our goal is to raise $7500 so we can continue to fight the problem of sexual assault on and off campus.
The Affirmative Consent Project (aka "Yes Means Yes") is a grassroots, nonprofit resource that was created by three people who are extremely invested in the safety and responsibility of college students and other adults who are out there every day, either forming new relationships or just hooking up.
Join us in organizing this worldwide effort to curb sexual assault on college campuses.
When we started our project more than a year ago - we had NO idea that the entire world would be talking about Affirmative Consent on a daily basis!
Our Goals:
1. Raise $7500 to be able to get consent kits into thousands of hands, so they can continue to fight for violence awareness, and end to sexual harassment, and a new vision for sexual relationship respect.
2. Continue to follow and keep you updated on worldwide Affirmative Consent progress.
Here's our challenge - we have still have SO much work to do to tracking new policy and state laws, plus the demand for our consent kits - we are asking for your help.
Every single day there is a new article or a new policy written somewhere in the world, and we are committed to tracking this movement every step of the way.
We are also committeed to helping everyone have safe, responsible encounters. Our 'consent kits' are fun, easy to use, and go a long way to the major discussion that we all should have but PROBABLY DON'T.
We are asking for funding to help us get the word out, promote safe encounters, and teach everyone how to have these very important conversations.
Affirmative Consent: The Conversation is Changing - and fast.
Thank you!!
