Yemen Water Tank

Being so close to the goal, i will inshallah put the last bit of money in and hopefully this will be done by Ramadan 2025 (march 2025) Inshallah I will post updates as they come. ❤️

Assalamualaikum my brothers and sisters. My name is Ehsan. This ramadan i have made it a goal, with the help of the community to have built a water tank in Yemen, with the help of the charitable organisation (YEMAID CHARITY) . Our zakat has the power to help the lives of those most in need ! The Prophet (PBUH) described providing drinking water as the best charity. A well is a Sadaqah Jariyah: when you provide a water well to a vulnerable community, you reap the rewards for years to come, as the well continues to provide clean water year after year. You may ask why can you not donate to Yemaid charity yourself? Which is a very good question . If youse can, PLEASE DO , but Not everyone has the ££ to build their own water tank , whereas with this gofundme every £1 will help towards the cost of getting one built.

Water Tank Yemen // Cost £900 

1. Completion report (once built) with images including location of the well, and the numbers of beneficiaries it will serve inshallah.

2. I will myself post updates to the people as i get them inshallah

3. Every amount raised for the cost of 1 water well, i will officially show all updates and costs of payments . .

I WILL POST ALL UPDATES EVERYTIME inshallah

4. Every £1 to every penny counts/adds up don’t ever be shy to donate what you can !

5. The water tank provides water to over 50 families ! That is minimum 500 people ! It takes 12,000 litres of water at a time.

6. This water tank will take 5-7 days to build once funds have been raised and sent inshallah

7. We will keep reloading the water tanks once empty with the help of all of youse inshallah as it wont be that costly once the tank has already been built !

UPDATE : As i was previously misinformed and told of the price of a hand pump in (pakistan) i have changed the information needed to be changed. I will be sending the money (£900) once raised to a well known and respectable brother whos part of the yemaid charity for the water tank inshallah with proof of everything ! 

May Allah (SWT) accept all our sadaqah jariyah and bless us all with the rewards Ameen ❤️
