Hi family & Friends. Mayla is 13 years old and was diagnosed with Stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma on December 3rd. Rhabdomyosarcoma is cancer of the soft tissue (such as muscle), connective tissue (such as tendon or cartilage), or bone. Rhabdomyosarcoma usually begins in the muscles that are attached to the bones and that help the body move, but it may begin in many places of the body. our family is asking for your help by supporting fundraiser efforts and/or donations to help with the medical expenses. As the result of Mayla’s diagnosis, her Mother Michelle must now stop working full time as a self-employed daycare provider and be by Mayla’s side every step of the way.
