Yeetus the Teatus (Z's Top Surgery Fundraiser)

Hello! I'm Z, I'm a 24 year old queer person living in Huntsville AL and I've been on HRT since 2021.

This is my first time making a Go Fund Me and it's to help me reach an important milestone in my journey and to help me get one step closer to being who I truly am!

I am needing help raising money for top surgery as this procedure is not covered by my insurance, despite having a family history of cancer and pre-existing health issues that can make it difficult to bind for long periods of time, such as when I'm at work, where I am often sitting and/or hunched over for extended periods of time.

The doctor's office that is handling the procedure quoted me around $10,000, which has to be paid 2 weeks before my procedure that is currently scheduled for the first week of November 2025. I am asking for $12,000 to help cover any supplies that I'll need for recovery (compression vests, medical supplies, etc.), follow-up appointments, and to help offset a loss of income as I'll be out of work for at least the month of November.
