My name is Ames, I'm a disabled author and artist, and I AM GETTING TOP SURGERY.

This is something I've dreamt of since the tig ol biddies first grew in, and at last the time has come for me to be free. Trans healthcare saves lives, and I'm doing this to save mine.

After a million hoops and struggles, I've opted to move forward with doing the surgery out of pocket. This means final costs will hover around 10 grand. It's a lot. I know. But the internet is vast and full of little dollars, and those little dollars add up.
