Year 6 Leavers Event July 24th

Year 6 Parents are organising an event for the kids to celebrate together on the last day of term - Wednesday 24th July 2024.

Venue is looking likely to be Trethorne (from an initial poll) which will cost a total of £300 for 50kids - so it will average out around £6 per child, but we think we can fundraise enough to cover any shortfalls for those who may not be able to contribute.

Cost covers exclusive use of the outside area and indoor play barn from 6-8pm. Food not included - we will organise snacks nearer the time (we did this a couple of years ago and most fed their kids at home before they came, and also brought snacks - we had absolutely masses of food left over, because the kids just wanted to play! So we will have a think about how best to do this!).

We want all the kids to be able to come along and enjoy the evening - please contribute for your child whatever you feel is comfortable for you, and we can start some fundraising (cake sales etc) to generate any more money we need. Feel free to keep your donations anonymous.
