Help Maina get stem cells for her MS
Donation protected
When her first daughter was just nine months old, Maina contracted the first symptom for multiple sclerosis. This was 26 years ago. She is now in a wheelchair and her arms are failing. In 2014, she tried to go to Russia to get stem cells but the doctor there refuses to help. After years of searching, the Stem Cell Institute in Panama City, Panama has agreed to treat Maina on 4 February 2019. It is an expensive procedure and it will cost quite a lot to get Maina there. Her two daughters are going with her to support her. If this works, Maina will shout out loud for anyone with MS in Australia to get this treatment. It will not only change her life and that of her family but for many many people will need this treatment.
