We are now in the last nights of Ramadan…

These are the nights where one good deed can be multiplied more than 1,000 months.

Sometimes Allah places something in front of you so you can be part of someone else’s duʿā.

For the past 8 months, many of you have been supporting the project I’ve been building — the app.

It was actually supposed to come out already.

But because the full funds weren’t reached in time, the payments to the development company kept getting delayed. And every delay added more costs because I’m under a real contract with the app development company.

There was also something I didn’t calculate correctly at the beginning.

I didn’t realize that GoFundMe takes fees from the donations themselves, not just from my side.

So the amount I actually receive is less than what people donate.

During development we also had to purchase new domains for the app, which added another 1,000 Kuwaiti Dinars to the cost.

When everything is calculated properly now — including development costs, domains, GoFundMe fees, and campaign costs — the total cost of the app comes to around 11,000 KWD

(which is approximately $50,000 CAD).

The remaining amount is around 10,000 KWD, which will cover:

• Final development payments to the app company

• App licensing and registration

• Campaigns and marketing to launch the platform properly

• Platform setup and release costs

I will also be covering part of these costs from my own pocket, as I always have.

For those asking what the app actually is…

It’s a private platform that connects influencers with businesses in a more structured and professional way.

The income will come from businesses using the platform, not from influencers.

I can’t reveal every detail yet — but once the app launches, everything will be shown publicly.

You’ll see the platform.

You’ll see the work.

And you’ll understand exactly where the money went and what you helped build.

And that’s why I keep saying:

This isn’t just my app.

It’s our app.

Because many of you helped make this possible.

And if this app succeeds, it will finally give me another source of income so I can offer free counselling to people who cannot afford help.

That has always been the bigger goal.

Right now there are only two weeks left before the development company stops the project if the payments are not completed.
