Help Save Nugget: Urgent Medical Care Needed

My French Bulldog, Nugget, is my entire world, and she is having an ultrasound this morning because the vet believes she has an obstruction. She has been vomiting off and on for about a week and is continuously shaking in pain. The ultrasound appointment is over $1,200 alone, and her aftercare will be more. Unfortunately, we do not have the funds available to afford all of this on our own, but I can't lose my best friend. Please help us save Nugget in any way you can. Every penny helps!!!
