As many of you were shocked to hear, a wonderful women Melissa Tekavic, our Missy, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Missy wears many hats, Nurse, marathoner, friend, but ultimately, what she love the being the most, a loving mother and wife. Her husband, a local Firefighter, Chad was recently out of work for an injury and had to use all his sick time recovering while Missy was able to be at his side not only taking care of him but their wonderful son Nick. Missy needs her family and friends the most in this time as she begins the biggest marathon of her life! Every little bit helps and will allow her husband and son to remain by her side when she needs it the most! We love you guys!
