In Memory of Stormy Connor: Support for Funeral Costs

My name is James "Jimmy" Munoz. I have been with Debra "Stormy" Connor, my Soulmate, life partner and the love of my life for 32 years.

On May 6th, 2024, Debra “Stormy” Connor peacefully departed from this world, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, love, and compassion. While our hearts ache with grief, we find solace in knowing that Stormy is now resting peacefully in God's

everlasting loving arms- free from pain and suffering.

For the past year, my love, Stormy has been courageously fighting a long and arduous battle against liver cancer and pneumonia, trusting in God's plan and leaning on His strength with every step of her journey. She endured countless hospital visits and treatments with unyielding strength and grace- with a dash of sass. Through every twist and turn of this difficult voyage, I stood by her side- offering love, support, and comfort.

Stormy was born in Texas, to adoring parents, James and Marjorie Connor. She brought a ray of sunshine into the world from the very beginning. Surrounded by the bustling energy of a large, vibrant family, Stormy's childhood was filled with laughter, love, and cherished memories that shaped her into the remarkable woman she became. As an adult, Stormy exuded a vivacious spirit and an infectious positivity that lit up every room she entered. Her love for music, crafts (especially Christmas decorations!), and traveling to new places fueled her adventurous soul, while her deep devotion to Bible studies enriched her Faith and inspired those around her. I always said that Stormy has a heart the size of Texas. She had a special knack for connecting with children and animals, spreading joy and warmth wherever she went. Her love knew no bounds, her generosity knew no limits, and her kindness touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. All of us miss her immensely.
