Need help with medical expenses

Hi,my name is Mark I have been on short term disability since 11-18-2022 due to renal failure. I had a TURP surgery on 1-24-2023 and my surgeon thinks I will have to have the same surgery again to get my bladder functioning again, as a result with all the doctor bills that my insurance won’t pay I am getting behind on my bills and it looks like I might have to go on long term disability hopefully for not to long and I can return to work. I have worked for the same company for 24 years. I have had at least 8 catheters since all this started I have a 10 year old daughter to support so please help if you can and if you can’t help please share this.
