Hi Everyone,

 My name is Marie Grajeda, I am Johnny Ramirez's sister and I am asking for your help and support.

 On June 21, 2015 we were getting ready to depart on a well-deserved family vacation.  On our way to the airport we stopped to get something to eat as a family.  Upon exiting the food establishment we found that the car in which Johnny was traveling in had been broken into.  All of Johnny's belongings were stolen, including the clothing he had packed, his passport and most importantly his laptop computer.  His computer included all the work he had spent so many nights working on in the recent months while preparing for this trip.

We had been planning this vacation for the previous 12 months.  During the 12-month period my brother worked hard to make the trip happen he prepared financially, mentally and he planned to work on his dissertation.  The trip was supposed to be a time for him to relax, spend time with his siblings and nephews and nieces and for him to catch up on his work.  Since Johnny is always so busy giving his time to his community and focusing on his study his family was looking forward to spending time with him. Due to the circumstances he was not able to make the trip which left his family broken hearted. 

We are now asking for financial help to help Johnny replace what was taken from him.  We hope that you can find it in your heart to support him during this time.  Although we will not be able to replace all that was lost, hopefully we can be able to help him get back on track and lift his spirit.   

Anyone who knows Johnny knows that he is always there for us when we need him.  Now this can be an opportunity to give back to Johnny during this hardship.
