I am Suzanne, I am 55 years old.
I have struggled with depression and alcoholism for several years. After losing both of my parents to depression and alcoholism, I have no other family for support.
I have a Masters Degree in education in which I was a principal of a special needs school in TN. However, through an aquisition educators were changed. Therefore, I had to seek employment with a retail job in a challenged economy.
I made a decision on February 4th, 2016, with the help of a friend, to enter into a residential recovery treatment program where I am doing really well.
As I continue my journey of sobriety I will be going to a Sober Living Facility in FL. I have been granted a partial scholarship to help offset expenses. During my treatment I will be seeking a part time job to pay for transportation, insurance, medical and dental bills that will be incurred.
After treatment I will be looking for a place to live to start a new life and continue with counselling. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will enable me to continue with a new way of life.
Your donations are needed as soon as possible as I am leaving for the FL facility in less than 2 weeks.
