Emergency living costs

My friend Gwynne has been hit by a round of crappy luck.  She lost her job due to the pandemic, NYS has denied her unemployment insurance for technical reasons (which will take forever to clear up), and now family has turned her away.  She has no income and is quickly running our of money.
