Help Anthony fight brain cancer!

Anthony Encina is a man who knows how to live. Whether it's traveling the world with his beloved ballroom dance students, hitting up the latest legend at an epic concert or simply sharing an evening of fun competition at one of his hosted game nights, he is always up to something with his best foot forward.

A few weeks ago Anthony noticed some minor changes in his left hand, causing him to go on the hunt for answers. Last week (2/19), after ruling out other potential causes, Anthony went in for an MRI. Less than 24 hours later he was in the hospital heading into brain surgery, many answers still unknown.

Over the last week, Anthony has gotten through the surgery (yes he now has a hole in his brain and about 100 staples in his head) and made incredible progress. From losing most motor control along his entire left side (post surgery) to leaving the hospital and now back to his (mostly) normal self. It has been an incredible feat of strength to witness and we are all so proud of him.

Today, we got a call from the nurse practitioner, who gave us grim news, our Anthony has terminal brain cancer (glioblastoma). We are taking this tragic news as an opportunity to embrace each day and live life to it's fullest.

We are asking for all who can, to contribute to our Anthony fund. This fund is intended to not only support basic necessities like clothes, food and medical expenses throughout this fight, but is also intended to give Anthony extra cash to create awesome new memories.

We are also open to enjoying experiences should you have access to anything fun in mind. Over the next few months Anthony will be going through Chemo and Radiation Therapy. After that, we hope to enjoy a wonderful summer filled with laughter, love, family and friends.
