Jenna and Marlowe have been a family for 12 years, since she adopted him after he was rescued from a Dollar General parking lot. Typical besties, they love spending time together--Marlowe even insisted on helping Jenna (a university professor) teach remote classes during the pandemic.

Unfortunately, Marlowe hasn't been feeling well for quite a while, struggling with eating and visibly losing weight. Jenna has already spent several thousand dollars on vet-recommended scans and biopsies--when the first round came back inconclusive, she took him to a pet hospital in a larger city for ultrasounds and hopefully a diagnosis.

They explained that he had biliary carcinoma, which is a cancer that attacks the bile ducts used for digestion. He currently needs to have a CT scan so they can determine whether or not it's operable or if it's something that might respond to radiation therapy.

Jenna us determined to get Marlowe what he needs, no matter what, and I'm hoping to offset those costs here. Donating even a a dollar or two will help so much!
