Georgie Wonnacott is 33 years old and has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has spread to his liver and surrounding lymph nodes. His pain is being managed and he will be starting chemo to shrink the tumors so doctors can operate. Georgie has 4 amazinf siblings and a mother whom he is extremely close with. The problem is that Georgie is being treated in Quebec and is too sick to fly while the rest of his family lives in Winnipeg. His family desperately wants to be able to go and see him during his treatment but they cannot afford the costs of flight and hotels. They are devastated by the fact that they may not be able to spend the precious time he has with him due to the financial burden. Georgie has always been an amazing person always positive and full of life. His close relationship with his family is so very important to him. He is far too young to have to face this illness.
