FIGHTING A DEAD BEAT DAD WHILE I STILL CAN!!!!
I have been diagnosed with Stage IV Lymphoma (Thanks to God- in remission) and an incurable follicular cancer. I Need to ensure all I have worked for goes to my children after I am gone. I just want to spend the next few years with my children knowing they will receive everything I have worked so hard for and enjoying the time that I have left with my babies. A mother's love, strength, and determination are just a few ingredients in raising children who thrive. I am a single mother who has financially, emotionally and physically raised 4 children on my own in order to achieve this goal... now fighting back. Their father is not an alcoholic, drug addict, nor is he incarcerated...his disease is much worse...APATHY and GREED... living 3 miles away abandoning his own children to support a family that is not his own, and a grown woman who is unemployed. He is an independent contractor who makes 80% of his income unreported in order to evade child support for the 4 children he brought into this world. All of his assets were moved out of his name to avoid fianancial responsibility: BMW, New trucks, RV, Boat, and a newly remodeled home are just a few of his illegal assets. It has been 6 years...WE were left with over $80,000.00 in debt. I have endured bankruptcy, foreclosure,stage IV Lymphoma, six months of R-Chop chemo, raising 4 children on my own... all on a public school teacher's salary. He has emotionally, physically, and financially abused the babies he was supposed to protect, support and love. I am fighting back Now! I am still here! On my feet... raising my children; crediting the strength of a woman , the strength and love of a mother and the grace of God that gives me this strength and the opportunity to remain on this earth to support my children. I have done everything I was supposed to do...attended college, supported my children and stood up against domestic abuse, because I am not on public assistance, I cannot receive legal help unless I can pay for it. How can I possibly afford a lawyer ?It is time to Fight against any parent that has brought children in this world and neglects their responsibilities! I have survived all the injustice thrown my way but I believe this is my calling; starting with one dead beat dad at a time...please help fund my attorney, the legal expenses, medical expenses and debt I have acquired in doing the very thing mothers are supposed to do...TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR CHILDREN! I only want what I have worked for...My home, my pension, my credit restored, the money I had put aside for the future of my family. Six years of back child support owed, medical and dental bills unpaid. I refuse to continue to support a grown man, his new family , and his illegal assets. Some of the proceeds will also fund a pay it forward campaign for single mothers that are not on public assistance ( they can receive free legal aid). I truly believe this is my calling...I intend on igniting a fire inwhich single mothers receive the help they deserve from fathers who intentionally evade an appropriate amount of child support...PLEASE HELP ME FIGHT THIS INJUSTICE.
