Hi, my name is Gail Spellman. My sister-in-law, MaryAnn Spellman, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma in August. She had a stroke due to brain bleeds and now she is unable live alone so we are moving her in with us. She will need 24/7 nursing care, PT, OT, other appointments/services, as well infusions at Dana Farber. If you know Mary Ann, then you know she would do anything for anyone. Now it’s our turn to step up for her. She has a long road ahead of her, and any amount counts.
